Located in the hills of Hartville, Wyoming is an amazing animal sanctuary called
Kindness Ranch. It is the only sanctuary in the United States that takes in all kinds of research animals. Dr. David Groobman, founder of Kindness Ranch, has long held a special place in his heart for these animals. Their mission is to “Rescue and rehabilitate animals formerly used in research and to provide them with safe and secure homes for the rest of their lives.” Kindness Ranch also provides an adoption program for all the animals that can be rehabilitated.
In 2006 they broke ground for 4 guest yurts, a dog yurt, a cat yurt and a manager’s yurt. The construction for these structures was completed in 2007. They hope to build more round structures to house more dogs, cats and other animals in the near future.
They would not be able to do it without the help of volunteers and donations from people like you. If you would like to donate to this worthy cause or volunteer, please visit Kindness Ranch website.
This is an amazing organization and Mindful Living is very proud to have our structures be a part of their sanctuary.
