Although our standard homes have many sustainable elements to them, we also offer some additional options to further increase the "green" level of our homes.
- Green Package Upgrade to our homes includes FSC certified sheathing and majority of the framing lumber, and an increase to 95% of the caulks and adhesives to be Low to No VOC
- SIP roof panels with an EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulating core from Panel Source
- Radiant subfloor available from our partner Warmboard will provide the most efficient panels by helping to warm any home at the lowest water temperatures
- Solar power products available through our local partners such as Sun Storage and Advanced Energy Systems.
- Aluminum or stainless steel railing systems from our partner Feeney Architectural which contain a high percentage of recycled raw materials.
- Superior composting toilets available from our partner Sun-Mar for an alternative to sewer connections or septic systems. Perfect for Off -Grid applications.
