Packages

Coastal

For our clients that will build their homes in coastal areas, we offer a Coastal Upgrade package.  This upgrade includes:

• Using Simpson StrongTie stainless steel connectors for exterior uses
• Zmax corrosion coated connectors for all interior uses
• Door hardware finishes, all deck siding and flashing fasteners are also upgraded to stainless steel
• High Wind Upgrade components are also included
  

 

Green

For our clients that wish to build a more sustainable home, we offer a Green Package.  This package includes:

• Upgrading the sheathing and framing material to FSC lumber
• The caulks and adhesives are also upgraded to low VOC
  

High Wind

For our clients that will build homes that will be exposed to strong gusts and high winds, we offer a High Wind Upgrade package.  This package includes:

• 4 Quarter sized spots of tar are added to the nail line of the shingles to help secure the shingles
• The nailing frequency at the shingles is increased by 50%
